Malegra-FXT is a unique combination of two active ingredients: 1) sildenafil and 2) fluoxetine. The resulting product is used to treat impotence. They both mainly increase serotonin content, which improves mood and also gives benefits.
It is a medication that treats erectile dysfunction by combining two different compositions. Both are interconnected and require different medical treatments to be treated effectively. It combines the sedative effects of sildenafil citrate and fluoxetine.

Malegra DXT is comprised of sildenafil and duloxetine and is employed in medicating erectile deficit (erectile dysfunction, or ED) aggravated by ejaculatory precocity (premature ejaculation, or PE). The drug is taken by mouth on demand, in anticipation of sexual activity.

Sildenafil is used to treat men who have erectile dysfunction (also called sexual impotence). Sildenafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. These medicines prevent an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type-5 from working too quickly.
