Oxalo Capsule is a special probiotic combination used in the management of renal/kidney stones (nephrolithiasis). It contains oxalobacter formigenes, bifidobacterium lactis, lactobacillus acidophilus and bacillus coagulans as active ingredients to clear calcium oxalate crystals (nephrolithiasis) and inhibits the recurrence of stones.   

Oxalobacter formigenes acts by lowering the intestinal concentration of oxalate available for absorption at constant rates, resulting in decreased urinary oxalate excretion and thus, reducing the risk of stone recurrence. Bifidobacterium lactis may indirectly help manage kidney stones by improving gut health and reducing oxalate production, a factor in stone formation. Lactobacillus acidophilus and bacillus coagulans potentially reduces kidney stone risk by influencing gut bacteria and oxalate metabolism. It may inhibit oxalate absorption, indirectly contributing to stone prevention.
